SERIES D.L. 6500 SPECIFICATIONS (1) GENERAL Aluminum louver window shall conform to design, construction, and series as manufactured by Louverlight Window Products, Inc., Miami, Florida. (2) FRAME MATERIAL .065 thickness with all frame member 1 3/4" deep constructed of 6063. T5 aluminum alloy. (3) CONSTRUCTION All frame members shall be securely connected at joint with #10 fasteners. (4) LOUVER Extruded aluminum louver vane .065 thickness manufactured from 6063. T5 aluminum alloy 4" wide with front and back interlocking edges. The end tabs of each louver shall be bent 90%and riveted directly to frame operating bar with solid aluminum shoulder rivets set into dimpled holes. (5) FINISH A. Clear anodized B. White electrostatically baked enamel or powder coated C.
