SERIES L.J.5500 SPECIFICATIONS (1) GENERAL Aluminum double louver window shall conform to design, construction and series as manufactured by Louverlight Window Product's, Inc., Miami, Florida. (2) CONSTRUCTION All frame members shall be constructed from 6063. T5 aluminum alloy, minimum .078 thickness, main frame members shall be one-piece construction with integral flange at head, sill and jamb. Frame corner joints shall be held securely in place by #10 self threading fasteners. (3) LOUVER Exterior louver shall be 4" wide constructed from 6063. T5 aluminum alloy, minimum .064 thickness with reinforcing leg running full length of louver. Interior louver shall be 4" X 1/4" clear glass jalousie. Glass shall be held into clips with stainless steel tension springs at each end. (4) WEATHERSTRIPPING Louver shall be weatherstripped at jambs with stainless steel weatherstrip, set in a specially designed keyway providing a pivotal surface between the louver tabs and jamb members. Vinyl weatherstripping shall be used in extruded keyway at head and sill.
