	G.L. 6500 Jalousie SERIES G.L. 6500 SPECIFICATIONS (1) GENERAL Aluminum frame jalousie window shall conform to design, construction, and series as manufactured by Louverlight Window Products, Inc. of Miami, Florida. (2) FRAME MATERIAL .065 thickness with frame members 1 3/4" deep. Constructed of 6063 . T5 aluminum alloy. (3) CONSTRUCTION Frame members shall be one piece construction, with integral 1/2" flange, head, sill and jambs, and held securely in place by two self threading #10 fasteners at each joint. (4) JALOUSIE 4" x 1/4" thick crystal sheet glass with smooth ground finish adges. Glass jalousie shall be held into clips with stainless steel tention spring at each end. (5) WEATHERSTRIPPING Each set of louvers shall be weatherstripped at jambs with stainless steel weatherstrip, set in a specially designed railway providing a pivotal surface between the louver clip and jamb members. Vinyl in extruded keyway shall be used at header and sill. (6) FINISH A. Clear anodized B. White electrostatically baked enamel or powder coated C. Bronze electrostatically baked enamelor powder coated (7) OPERATOR AND SCREEN A. Operators shall be die cast roto gear B.
